Want to make a difference? At CLASSEN, you’ll find more than just a job: exciting challenges, real opportunities, and a great team.
Kaisersesch/Baruth, June 11, 2026. The CLASSEN Group has published its 2025 Sustainability Report. For the fourth time, the family-owned company provides comprehensive information about its activities and progress in the areas of the environment, social responsibility, and corporate governance. The report demonstrates how CLASSEN combines sustainable practices, innovation, and economic stability while simultaneously preparing for the future requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

In a challenging market environment, CLASSEN remains committed to long-term strategies, regional value creation, and sustainable production in Europe. A key focus of the report is the expansion of renewable energy, the promotion of closed-loop recycling systems, and the increased use of recycled materials. At the same time, the company continues to invest in low-emission production processes and the further development of recyclable products.

In addition to environmental issues, the report highlights employees as a key factor in the company’s success. Through training programs such as the CLASSEN Academy, the group strengthens knowledge transfer and promotes the ongoing professional development of its employees.

“For us, sustainability is an ongoing process of development. Through our sustainability report, we provide transparency regarding our progress, challenges, and goals. At the same time, we use reporting as an important management tool to embed sustainability even more firmly in our processes, products, and decisions. Aligning ourselves with the ESRS requirements at an early stage helps us build the right structures for the future,” says Jan Wöhner, Sustainability Officer at the CLASSEN Group.

With the publication of its 2025 Sustainability Report, CLASSEN reaffirms its commitment to combining economic success with environmental responsibility and social integrity. The full report is now available for download at www.classen.com.
