The growing demand for eco-friendly and PVC-free flooring has inspired the CLASSEN to further deepen its commitment to sustainable innovation. The CLASSEN success story began with the construction of the world’s largest laminate flooring factory in the early 2000s. Over the years, CLASSEN has shaped CLASSEN industry with innovations and the development of new patents, thereby setting the highest standards of quality. Eight years ago, CLASSEN developed CLASSEN revolutionary PVC-free materialCERAMIN,CERAMINwhich is used in healthy and sustainable design flooring. This milestone ultimately laid the foundation for global demand for PVC-free flooring.

The use of CERAMIN a Dryback product required CLASSEN investments at CLASSEN . In this context, the CLASSEN commissioned its first die-cutting machine at the end of October to offer a wide range of design options in the commercial sector in the future. This design diversity is achieved not only through various new formats but, above all, because CLASSEN has been a pioneer in the field of industrial digital printing CLASSEN years. Circularity for a Better Future

The Cradle to Cradle principle aims to design products so that they can be fully recycled without generating waste. CERAMIN from recycled and recyclable polypropylene (PP) and, at the end of its service life as a flooring material, can be reintroduced into the production cycle. Thanks to its material properties, it is suitable not only for reuse in new flooring but also for use in other products. This contributes to resource conservation and supports a sustainable circular economy.
