CLASSEN establishes CLASSEN GmbH and consolidates its e-commerce activities

Kaisersesch, November 5, 2025 – The CLASSEN has established CLASSEN GmbH. With this new subsidiary, the company is consolidating its activities in the areas of e-commerce and digital sales channels.

Going forward, CLASSEN GmbH will be responsible for the strategic management and further development of the online business. This includes, among other things, managing the company’s websites, supporting customer activities in online sales, and expanding the marketplace business, for example through Amazon and other platforms.

“With CLASSEN GmbH, we are creating an organizational unit that brings together all relevant aspects of online strategy, digital brand management, and content,” says the management of CLASSEN.

Along with its founding, the CLASSEN has launched its new website. A revamped platform is now available atclassen.com—including a sample store and an AI-powered product advisor.
The integrated chatbot helps users select the right flooring and answers questions about flooring, interior design, and care instructions. The service is available 24/7.

E-commerce department established

As part of the company’s founding, an e-commerce department was also established. It serves as a center of expertise within CLASSEN GmbH and coordinates areas such as content, product presentation, online marketing, and digital sales strategies.
