Can I renovate my bathroom for €10,000?

Published onAugust 20, 2025
Renovating a bathroom is an exciting project—but it’s also one that can be quite costly. The good news: With a budget of €10,000, a modern and stylish bathroom renovation is definitely doable—if you plan smartly and invest wisely.
In this article, we’ll show you how to renovate your bathroom for €10,000, what to look out for, and how you can get even more out of your budget with high-quality materials—such as those from CLASSEN.

1. How much does an average bathroom renovation cost?

Depending on the size and features, the average cost of a complete renovation often ranges from €8,000 to €25,000. Many factors play a role here:
·

Size of the bathroom

·

Materials and Equipment

·

With a budget of 10,000 €, you're in the low-to-mid range—which is realistic for a small-to-medium-sized bathroom.

2. What can you do with 10,000 €?

A realistic plan for a bathroom renovation under 10,000 € might include the following services:
Action
Average Budget
New Tiles or Wall Covering
1,000–2,000 €
New bathroom fixtures (toilet, sink)
1,000–1,500 €
New Shower or Bathtub

Tip: If you do some of the work yourself (e.g., painting, dismantling, laying flooring), you can save a significant amount of money.
